Henry (Hank) Cartwright
- Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Hank has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Healthy Fast Food since April 2007. Over the past 40 years, he has achieved significant success in the development and expansion of various consumer-focused franchise operations. In fact, Hank was the first to introduce the west coast to Pizza Hut as an area developer, opening stores in Nevada, Arizona and California. Following his success with Pizza Hut and California brand Mom's Ice Cream, he went to work developing Major Video, the first superstore video rental company in the country. Within four years, Major Video had 185 stores operating in 28 states and Canada with another 41 under constructions when Hank sold the publicly traded company to Blockbuster Entertainment in 1989.
In September 1993, he founded Back to the 50's, Inc., a specialty retailer that sold 50's and 60's memorabilia through a mail order catalog and showroom. In 1995, he sold the Company to Crowne Ventures where he continued to serve as a member of the board until his resignation in 1998. From September 1999 through October 2002, Hank served as Chairman of the Board of Americabilia.com, Inc. (now known as Seaena, Inc.), a company engaged in direct Internet merchandizing of American-themed collectibles, gifts and memorabilia.
Gregory R. Janson

Greg has served as a Director of the Company since its inception, and from 2005 through 2007 served as its President and from 2007 until March 2009 served as its Corporate Secretary. Beginning in March 2009 until August 2009, he was Vice President of Franchise Support. Greg is the Co-Founder of PIN Financial LLC and has been a Principal of that FINRA member investment-banking firm since May 2004. Greg is a 15-year Wall Street veteran. He received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Hofstra University.
Sam D. Dewar

With nearly 40 years experience in the food industry, Sam has served as President and CEO of Natural Harmony Foods, Inc. since he founded the Company in January 2002. Natural Harmony Foods is an independent food company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, that develops and markets natural meat products blended with soy protein that are lower in fat. Beginning in 1970, Sam spent ten years with Campbell Soup Company as General Manager of the Pepperidge Farm Biscuit Division, and then joined Mars, Inc. in 1980, serving as President of the Snackmaster division until 1988. Sam was also an early stage TCBY franchisee who opened eight stores in Georgia and Florida in the late 1980's. He received a Bachelor's degree from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
